We listen, act, and transform
Life is all about the journey rather than the destination and I believe that therapy is meant to assist people in getting the most out of their unique journey. Have you ever said to yourself, "I'll be happy if I get this job" or "I won't be so stressed when this thing is resolved"? Despite our unique strengths and resilience, life can sometimes overwhelm us. I believe healing begins by experiencing respect, understanding and unconditional acceptance in a counseling relationship.
As your counselor I am dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment to facilitate help and healing for a wide range of mental health issues, grief, and trauma recovery.
"We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them." -- Albert Einstein
